A delicious slice of cake.

Brew Tea Room and Cafe, Leeds

If you're looking for a quaint and quiet spot to enjoy lunch in Leeds, or a welcoming tea room where you can stop off for a coffee and a friendly natter, then Brew is for you! Our cafe is in the south Leeds suburb of Rothwell, and  is the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast bite, a hot drink to warm you up inside, or to meet with friends and enjoy a slow and relaxing afternoon tea.

Brew Tea Rooms is a small, family owned business brought to you by three generations from the south Leeds area. Adrian, a disenchanted teacher, was looking for a new challenge where he could be more hands on and do rather than teach, while Angela is a local councillor with a passion for supporting local businesses and regeneration.

With their combined skills and backgrounds in business management and catering, along with a real love of working with the public, opening a cafe in their Leeds home seemed like the perfect choice.

A cafe with a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Brew allows visitors the chance to escape from their everyday lives and step into a friendly atmosphere where they can enjoy the best possible food and drink - the majority of which is either sourced locally or made by the family. From gourmet sandwiches to tasty panini’s, a naughty but nice cream tea, or gluten free cakes, Brew provides everything the whole family could need for a quick catch up or a moment of solace.

The cafe has three different seating areas including a garden to the rear, and children are well catered for with colouring and reading books provided free of charge. For those with babies in tow, there are changing facilities available to make life a little easier.

An alternative to lunch in Leeds

Brew Tea Rooms in Leeds has a very clear mission statement - for every visitor to leave happy, having enjoyed their experience and the friendly service. With a focus on encouraging people to make the most out of Rothwell, Adrian and Angela are always happy to offer their advice and help, including singing the praises of the other local businesses that can be found on Rothwell High Street! After your food and drink, you can take a wander and take a look at some of the other shops, such as the hardware store, flower shop,  gift shop, beauticians, butchers and many more.

So if you're looking for an alternative to the busy city centre, somewhere different to enjoy lunch in Leeds, or an afternoon tea, why not pop into Brew Tea Rooms and choose something from the extensive and high-quality menu?
